When will my order arrive?
 

The transit time of your order will depend on the shipping method selected. Please keep in mind that all transit times exclude the day of shipment, weekends and holidays.

Orders using "Standard" shipping methods (5-8 business days), Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST will ship that same day. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST on Friday and all orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day. Orders using "Expedited" shipping methods (2nd day or Overnite) placed before 12:00p.m. PST Mon-Fri will ship that same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered various Shipping Methods along with their prices.
When will my order ship?
 

Orders using "Standard" shipping methods (5-8 business days) Priority Mail, or Fed Ex Home Delivery placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST will ship that same day. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST on Friday and all orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day. Orders using "Expedited" shipping methods (2nd day or Overnite) placed before 12:00p.m. PST Mon-Fri will ship that same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.


Also, after placing your order, you may click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation and access to your tracking number via email directed to the email address you used to place your order when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Department and provide your full name, email address used on your order and your phone contact information. What is your return policy?
 

You may return your order for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs) within 90 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be received into our warehouse within 90 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for opened or used product cannot exceed 90 days' supply. Shipping is not refundable. A refund will be issued via the original form of payment for the cost of the item(s) within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned items.

        date of original purchase. We cannot accept return requests via phone or email.
      2. Please return any remaining product and/or empty bottles/packaging. Refunds for opened or used product cannot exceed 90 days' supply.
      3. Please include copy of sales receipt with the returned product.
