|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. You are responsible for all customs and duties once the order is received into your country|
|Are there any import restrictions into my country?|
|Healthy Choice Naturals will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.
We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us.
Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge. Also, refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are physically in our warehouse.
|Do I have to pay customs duties and country taxes?|
|Customs Duties and/or Import Taxes:
You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them. You are responsible for all customs and duties once the order is received into your country
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Credit card verification for first-time International customers:
For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. So, it is possible that customers ordering for the first time from Healthy Choice Naturals may need to provide us with additional information to verify that you are the account holder. If that is necessary, we will let you know via email.
Why do we take these steps? Unlike credit card purchases made by US customers, international orders cannot be verified electronically or by telephone. The extra step of gathering this information is necessary for your protection and ours, to ensure that you are the actual credit card holder.

|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
International Flat Rate - FIMS Fed Ex International Mail Service (available to selected countries): This shipping option applies to orders valued up to $100.00.
Canada - $ 9.95: Transit time to customs 10-17 business days
Other Countries - $12.95: Transit time to customs 10-17 business days,
Global Priority - You will be able to calculate the shipping charge through your shopping cart during the ordering process: Transit time to customs 7-14 Business days
Global Express - You will be able to calculate the shipping charge through your shopping cart during the ordering process: Transit time to customs 7-14 Business days
|What is the return policy?|
You may return your order for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs) within 90 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be received into our warehouse within 90 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for opened or used product cannot exceed 90 days' supply. Shipping is not refundable. A refund will be issued via the original form of payment for the cost of the item(s) within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items.
