Order Status

Has my order shipped?
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status or please contact customer service at 1-800-541-7318. Customer Service is available M-Th between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. pst. and Fridays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. pst.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
	Most orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation and access to your tracking number via email directed to the email address you used to place your order. If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, contact customer service at 1-800-541-7318 and provide your full name and email address used on your order along with your phone contact or you can send an email to our Customer Service Department at cs@healthychoicenaturals.com
My order never arrived.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your package or packages show a status of "delivered", please contact our Customer Service Department. Please note if you did not receive your order you must contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase via Customer Service Phone: 1-800-541-7318 or email at cs@healthychoicenaturals.com. Customer Service Representatives are available M-Th between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. pst. and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. PST.
An item is missing from my shipment.
